Auto Glass Xperts

I am one that understands that if you don't have a monopoly, you sell service. My rear window was leaking. Um, I drive a spritely convertible. It loves acceleration. A whistle or leak from the rear glass could mean that window separating from my car, flying into another innocent driver. Rhymes with "Safelite" wanted to necessarily replace the glass for $750. That means retinting as well, so $1000. It's glue folks. Adhesive. Scrape, reglue. Head over to Auto Glass Xperts. Honest, straight forward. Full replacement about $450 installed. I can get it tinted and new for less than the other places glass price. They also offered to repair for under $260. They also saw thus was truly a hazard, and squeezed me in today, on the spot. You can't beat businesses, that truly offer such stellar people. Honest pricing, honest about what to expect, going the extra mile. I miss when businesses had this level of service, and at a price you know to be fair. Not cheap, but cheap is never good long term. Great work, great service deserve our best in return. Enjoy some sunshine everyone. Have great lives.

Windshield crack was fixed-not perfect due to the original size but it looks better and it will buy me some time. The staff is professional and to the point! While I waited I helped myself with some coffee and they also have chargers available if needed. It’s the extra touches that make time fly by! I’m definitely going to tell my family and friends about this location.

After doing extensive research before making my decision, I chose to call Auto Glass Xperts to make an appointment to get my 2018 Honda CRV Sport windshield replaced and calibrated. They were so nice from the beginning phone call and all the way through the whole process. They were able to get me in the following day and did a great job replacing it. I highly recommend Auto Glass Xperts to do your auto glass repair or windshield replacement. You won’t be disappointed.

If you're calling around trying to figure out who to use for glass replacement — stop here. You’ve found the right company. From my first call with Kasey at 2pm on Thursday for a quote, I had a great feeling about them. I still called around to compare prices, but honestly, with the quote I received, I would’ve been a fool to go anywhere else. I called back around 4:15pm to schedule, and they offered great flexibility — I could bring my vehicle to the shop Monday or have a mobile technician come out the very next day between 1–4pm. I chose the mobile appointment. Robert called ahead to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time, and was professional and polite. He quickly removed the damaged windshield, cleaned everything thoroughly, installed the new one, and explained the dos and don’ts before leaving. From start to finish — quote to payment — the customer service was outstanding. Hopefully I won’t need another windshield anytime soon, but if I do, I know exactly who to call. I’ll definitely recommend them to friends and coworkers!

Everyone I interacted with at Auto Glass Xperts was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They were my dealership's preferred choice but I did call other auto glass providers to compare price and installation service. After speaking to everyone I decided to go with them because of the technicality involved with installing new car windshields equipped with computer sensors and safety cameras. Not to mention the calibration requirements. Some of the other providers gave me a better price but it didn't include the calibration. I was told I didn't need it. This is not true. I confirmed with my dealership that new car windshields must be calibrated or the safety sensors won't work properly. AND if it's not done correctly you'll get constant error codes popping up on your dash display while driving. That's the last thing I want to listen to while I'm driving my car. Plus if this happens because you didn't get it calibrated correctly, you'll end up at the dealer paying to get it repaired. I apologize for the long review but wanted to share my experience. Save yourself time and money and take your car to Auto Glass Xperts. I highly recommend them.
